Al Madarij (Migration of the Soul) or The Lost Chapters of Spirituality is a Lecture Series by Shaykh Atif Ahmed.

The human soul is destined to claims certain stations without which it loses its essence. If the soul is left on its own, it succumbs to evil inspirations and instincts. therefore regrets its actions and reproaches itself for being weak and vulnerable. These feelings of remorse cause it to turn back to Allah, to repent sincerely, and to receive solace.

On the other hand is this process is not supervised under a spiritual mentor, it may result in false freedom where one falsely claims to be self independent. Madarij will revive the lost chapters of spirituality by reinvigorating the hearts when they reach their destined stations.
